Tier 1 Construction Agency is looking for an EHS Coordinator with extensive construction experience to join their team in Caboolture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance reporting and performance of Regions/Business Units is aligned with the Group compliance framework requirements and targets for relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor Regional compliance audits against the Group Environment, Health & Safety Management System requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Group Environment, Health & Safety reports.
- Develop and report monthly performance indicators.
- Design and develop analytic reports in line with Group/Region requirements.
- Support the Group Head of EH&S with requests for analysis and data.
- Engage in in-depth analysis to address or highlight business issues or questions.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or an equivalent of experience
- Strong understanding of the construction industry
- Experience in a EHS Analysis and reporting role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
