- Technical Analyst - Data migration specialist opportunity - Based in Geelong.
- Temporary Full Time - 80 hours per fortnight until Dec 2025 (includes monthly ADO)

About the role

The Technical Analyst plays a crucial role in migrating, cleansing, and validating HR data from legacy systems to SuccessFactors.

This role is responsible for:

- Data Mapping and Analysis
- Data Extraction and Transformation
- Data Loading and Validation
- Data Quality Assurance
- Documentation
- Issue Resolution

**Selection Criteria**

Essential: Can you please list Barwon Health's values?

Essential: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline or a degree in another discipline plus a postgraduate qualification in IT or related discipline (or equivalent workplace experience).
Essential: Proven experience as a Data Migration Analyst on large-scale technology implementations, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems
Essential: Strong knowledge of data migration best practices, data cleansing, and data transformation techniques
Essential: Proficiency in data extraction tools, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data quality tools.
Essential: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Essential: Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
Essential: Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable: Knowledge or experience in structured project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMBOK, etc.).
