We're now looking for a talented **Central Labour Coordinator **to join our **Central Labour **team based in Docklands.

In this role, you’ll support the Central Labour Team in an administrative capacity, to provide a centralised function for the scheduling of onsite activity for the Construction Team, Trade Base and Supply Partners.

**Key areas of responsibility include**:

- Complete job compliance checks to assist with the timely scheduling of onsite works
- Management of build programs in construction files for each specific job
- Enter & maintain Call Forward Sheet dates to ensure the accuracy of data
- Schedule meetings on behalf of a team where required
- Provide support during the planning and execution of PDTrade-related events
- Provide general administration support to the Construction Manager & Central Labour Team as required
- Monitor PDTrade Inbox and distribute correspondence as required
- Provide Purchase Orders, plans and any other associated documentation required to trades & suppliers in a timely manner
- Maintain trade & supplier database to manage all required information
- Populate weekly & monthly team reports and distribute them as required
- Work with the team to produce ad-hoc reports as required

**Who we're looking for**:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who wants to be part of an exciting and evolving part of the Porter Davis business and possesses the following:

- Proven experience in administration activities
- SAP experience is advantageous but not essential
- Good base knowledge of residential construction
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sound computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High-level organisation and prioritisation
- Ability to work to conflicting deadlines and problem solve
- Sense of urgency, flexibility, and strong initiative
