Australian Native Products (ANP) pioneered the commercial farming of lemon and anise myrtle in 1998, and has grown to be the largest grower and exporter of lemon myrtle in the world, with multiple farms/offices across NSW and QLD.

ANP has all parts of supply chain under one roof and is the go-to ingredient supplier to the tea, food & beverage, cosmetics, nutraceutical and health food industries worldwide.

**The role**

Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams, you’ll ensure customer orders (Domestic & International) are received on time, to a high-quality standard and degree of accuracy.

To be successful in this role, you can demonstrate strong communication and planning skills. You are positive, self-motivated and capable of working on a diverse range of activities while maintaining accuracy. Experience with MS Office, CRM platforms, Shopify and Xero highly advantageous.

This is a full-time position based in The Channon, NSW.

**Responsibilities of this role**
- Proactively develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
- Process and prepare documentation for customer orders (Domestic & International)
- Utilise online booking portals for domestic freight i.e., StarTrack, AustPost & DHL
- Liaise with freight forwarders to book and manage international freight
- Dispatch product samples to prospective customers
- Record customer, freight and quality related data in relevant systems

**Who are you**
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Logistics, Export or similar role
- Prior experience managing Shopify orders (highly advantageous)
- Energised through human interaction, a strong communicator and problem solver
- A keen eye for detail and exceptional project management skills
- Comfortable learning and working across multiple systems and platforms
- Positive and curious mindset, open to feedback and continuous growth/improvement

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
