The **Community Linker** is a new exciting role that will be supporting the prototype of a Linker program to assist community members to access services and support. This will include live testing of the model with sole parents, sole carers, and women over the age of 50 who are experiencing financial hardship

Through trialing and testing it is anticipated that the Linker Role will, over the course of the year, play an integral role in research and program design and program testing. The **Community Linker** role will then build on all that has been learnt to get the program ready to launch and scale.

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience of working in a collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
- Experience navigating government and NGO supports
- Ability to work alone and with a ‘virtual’ team, and effective time management
- Experience of working alongside people with lived experience and a commitment to equitable participation and self-determination
- Able to work with ambiguity whilst still ensuring work is undertaken within scope/boundaries of the position

**Your Responsibilities**
- Participate in prototyping the Linker Program phases
- Engage with clients to understand their needs without judgement or interpretation, working alongside them to overcome barriers to accessing supports or navigating their goals
- Always support clients’ choice and control building confidence to support themselves and others in the future
- Contribute to the development of program documentation framework, resources, protocols, policies and procedures
