CRM / STYLING OFFICER

We seek an experienced CRM Manager to manage client data, client relationships, grow sales, and develop client loyalty within the marketplace. You will need to have extraordinary sales capabilities, thorough fashion knowledge, love of outfitting, and the ability to provide exceptional styling advice to an array of different clients with huge diversity of tastes and individual style.

Through our extensive social media and digital platforms, you will also be expected to utilise the channels that resonate with the target audience. You will also work closely with the digital and marketing teams to ensure cross platform synergies.

Your responsibilities include:

- Managing a CRM program.
- Analysing & interpreting data, segmenting audiences.
- Developing strategies & execution plans for a successful communication program.
- Manage in-person, phone, & messaging sales, of specific & existing clients.
- Contribute to digital & social media content around the broader retail agenda.
- Designing, implementing & monitoring campaigns that help build customer value as they progress through life stages.
- Manage the CRM platform to ensure consistency & data accuracy.
- Measure campaign effectiveness through regular reporting & providing insights.

This role requires:

- A deep appreciation of luxury fashion
- Minimum 3 years retail sales experience
- Adequate Personal Styling or Personal Shopping experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in CRM management
- Experience with CRM software
- Understanding of website’s Content Management System
- An analytical and intellectual approach to data analysis
- Exceptional written & verbal communication skills
- Aptitude with social media platforms

Having worked in a similar role managing a CRM and customer engagement strategy across multiple channels, specifically in a fashion retail environment, you will also bring your cross-channel communication platforms experience.
