- Excellent renumeration
- Fulltime: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM - 5 PM
- Part time: 5 mornings or 3 full day

This position will see you performing a wide variety of duties, with the focus of assisting with the smooth day-to-day administration needs of the office. You will be responsible for, however not limited to, the following tasks:

- Onboarding new staff and contractors including welcome packs, inductions, and arranging site compliance.
- Perform a wide variety of administrative, reporting and policy related tasks quickly and effectively.
- Conduct document control and assist with project tenders, marketing materials and other ad-hoc documents.
- Maintain company online registers and databases.
- Arrange office functions and social events.
- General HR Duties

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess the following:

- Previous experience within an administrative type of role.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Great organisation skills with the ability to use initiative and think ahead.
- Interpersonal skills along with excellent written and verbal communications.
- High level of proficiency within Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook Etc.)
