Optical Dispenser

We're currently seeking passionate and experianced optical dispensers to lead and join our expanding team, looking for a positive change.

Responsibilities include
- Overseeing store processes, stock management and new staff training.
- Helping patients with frame selections and fitting.
- Interpreting prescriptions providing lens recommendations and taking fitting measurements.
- Dispensing glasses providing customers with optical care information.
- Maintaining customer records, processing optical orders and cash management.

You'll collaborate with experienced Optometrists and Dispensers.

About You:

- Experience as an Optical Dispenser preferably in an assistant manager or managerial role
- You’re a team player with the ability to relate to your team and customers
- Enjoy an adaptive workplace with development and learning.
- Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- You enjoy problem-solving and learning new concepts.
