We are on the hunt for a Transaction Fraud Specialist to join our superstar Fraud Team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a passionate Fraud professional looking to expand their career and build on their existing experience.

As a Transaction Fraud Specialist, you will be responsible at managing and investigating fraudulent activities related to credit and debit card transactions, ensuring compliance with major credit card regulations, and maintaining effective communication with cardholders to mitigate risks and provide necessary support.

Let’s look at some key responsibilities:
- Client Interaction - Collaborates with cardholders to inform them of actions taken to apprehend offenders and advises on the limits of their liability.- Transaction Investigation
- Investigating transactions on lost or stolen cards, monitors reports of lost or stolen cards, and sets up replacement accounts for cardholders.- Maintain an up-to-date focus on financial crime, security related trends and emerging issues, and share knowledge obtained.

Ideally, we're looking for the following:
Let’s look at you:
- 3+ years’ experience
- Financial Services Industry experience- Regulatory Understanding- Comprehensive knowledge of rules and regulations of major credit card operators, such as Visa and Mastercard.- Transaction Fraud experience advantageous- Proficient in identifying and conducting preliminary investigations of fraudulent transactions involving credit cards.- Display good teamwork, internal stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with a variety of people - your ‘re flexible, can work autonomously and with others.- Remain energetic and approach challenges with a positive mindset and adapt/learn quickly.- Be strategic and effectively manage your time and prioritise workload based on business requirements.
