**your opportunity**

The **Wage Subsidy Administrator** is responsible for the timely processing of eligible Wage Subsidies & ensuring they are in line with compliance requirements.

This role will include:

- Identify eligible wage subsidy opportunities and create wage subsidy agreements in a timely manner.
- Conduct administrative activities consistent with contractual and legislative requirements and ensure accurate records are maintained & filed securely.
- Provide oversight of post placement support verification to ensure claims and appropriate wage subsidies are maximised.
- Nurture effective relationships with employers to encourage repeat business, and a high level of placement support for our employers on wage subsidies.
- Ensure all wage subsidies are processed in accordance with evidence guidelines and within the required time frames.
- Provide guidance to employers and the team on labour market concepts, opportunities, and employer incentives

**This is a Maternity Leave cover position with an end date of 11 January 2024**

- Experience in Employment Services, training or case management is preferred.

- Strong computer literacy, administrative skills and demonstrated attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
