**The Opportunity
**We are embarking on a Finance Systems Transformation journey and are looking for a motivated Master Scheduler to oversee and coordinate scheduling activities across multiple projects and departments within the Finance Systems Transformation Program. It supports the timely and efficient delivery of the Program by developing and maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
The Program will enhance and uplift our systems to be fit-for-purpose for the wide range of businesses we operate, and future-focussed in terms of delivering insights and value for the broader Woolworths Group.
**What you’ll do:
**Working closely with the Program Delivery Lead, you will support the execution of the following key program outcomes:
- Develop and maintain schedules for multiple projects and departments, including resources within the projects and SMEs and other team supporting delivery of each project
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as required
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand the scope and requirements of each project
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures related to project management and scheduling
**What you’ll bring:
- Strong, demonstrable experience in delivering large scale, enterprise-level programs
- Demonstrated experience in delivering systems implementation programs (ideally ERP)
- Experience in a multi-brand and/or large complex organisation
- A strong track record in delivering quality outcomes
- A strong track record in managing resources and collaborating with key stakeholders
- Highly organised in keeping track of various aspects of the programRetail experience and knowledge of the sector will be highly regarded
