Join our friendly team and help deliver a major road construction project where you will gain on-the-job work experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

- Fully Funded Training Complete a Certificate III in Civil Construction - Road Construction & Maintenance through a comprehensive 3-year traineeship.
- Hands-On Learning: Work within a small crew to develop skills and abilities that compliment training modules.

**About You**:

- Effective Communication: Basic proficiency in interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
- Team Player, Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Safety Awareness, A keen understanding of safety principles and a commitment to adhering to safety protocols.
- Outdoor Enthusiasm,Interest in working outdoors, regardless of weather conditions.
- Commitment to Learning, Demonstrated ability and motivation to complete a fully funded certificate-level qualification.
- Health and Fitness, Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment and willingness to engage in day/night shifts as required.
- Driver's License, Possession of a minimum "C" class driver’s license, with access to a reliable vehicle (highly desirable).
