**The Opportunity**
The **Financial and Procurement Services Directorate** ensures the Department derives maximum value from its commercial arrangements on behalf of government. The team is responsible for providing a wide range of functions ensuring the effective financial management, compliance and operational efficiency throughout the Department.

As a graduate you will have the opportunity to get involved in:

- management accounting and reporting to customers
- formulating, building and managing budgets
- developing forecasts
- undertaking financial analysis
- maintaining financial information for directorate’s specific annual programs
- financial monitoring and reporting on major services contracts
- acquiring goods, services and infrastructure
- financial and procurement policy and compliance.

We are looking to establish a pool of graduates for opportunities that are immediately available at the start of 2025 and that may come up in the following 12 months.

**About You**
We’d love to hear from graduates who have completed a minimum three-year degree, **within the last three years**, in:

- Commerce
- Economics
- Finance and Banking
- Accounting
- Or equivalent/related field.

**Salary**
Year 1: ASO3 - $67,589 per annum, plus 11.5% employer super contributions

**Applicants must have the following**:

- Undergraduate qualifications received between the years 2022 and 2025.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency or a visa that allows them to work in Australia.
- National Police Check (or be willing to get one) and may also be required to undergo other employment checks.
