**About the role**

This is a permanent full time position working Monday to Friday, 7:24am-3:30pm and pays $35.41 per hour (approx. $70,000 equivalent). Working for a not for profit you will also have access to salary packaging options to increase your take home pay.

**Duties include**:

- Project managing reticulation installations for commercial contracts
- Supervising and working alongside supported employees
- Supporting employees in learning and developing skills that enable them to pursue their goals and aspirations
- Ensuring safe work practices including the operation of equipment
- Maintaining records regarding attendance, job sheets and machine maintenance
- Ad hoc completion of gardening and grounds work such as; mowing, pruning, weeding, whipper snipping, planting and leaf blowing

**What you need**:

- Significant experience with reticulation is highly desirable
- Great attitude towards working with people living with disability
- Happy to work in the great outdoors doing physical work
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Handy with tools, horticulture or trade background beneficial
- A passion for providing guidance and motivation and getting the best out of people
- Sound knowledge of health and safety practices
- Current Western Australian licence essential - LR license highly regarded
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Police Clearance
