Our specially designed Bardon centre operates from 6.30am to 6.30pm and boasts natural play environments, open-plan rooms, abundant and age-approximate learning resources, separate playgrounds, and both indoor and outdoor spaces to cater to 64 children.

**Your Day-To-Day Focus**:

- Experience the joy of working with children
- Achieve the best learning outcomes for children
- Receive positive mentoring from centre leaders who are committed to your learning
- Develop and deliver a curriculum which is founded on the centre’s philosophy as well as the principles, practices, and outcomes of the EYLF, whilst following childcare regulations and National Quality Standards
- Create positive learning environments encouraging play-based learning
- Build professional, respectful, and open communication with children, families, and educators
- Observe and record children’s growth, development and achievements using a variety of methods
- Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic, safe, and engaging

**You will possess**:

- A current Working with Children Check
- Australian Working Rights
- Excellent personal presentation
- Confidence in collaborating with our families and the local community
