**About the Company**

**About the Role**
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Offshore Marine Technician to join our client’s dynamic team. As a Marine Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our FPSO vessels.

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Work in compliance with the Safety Case and relevant regulations.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain Facility machinery, equipment, and systems.
- Undertake changes or modifications to plant, equipment, or systems.
- Perform cargo, ballast, produced water, bilge, and slops activities.
- Calculate daily oil and water figures for tanks.
- Conduct routine sampling and laboratory analysis.
- Liaise with the Support Coordinator for consumables and spare parts.
- Undertake other duties as required by the Client.

**About You**
- Master Class 1 (Chief Mate) qualification.
- Preferably holds a Watchkeeper - Deck Certificate of Competency with an Oil Tanker endorsement.
- Preferably holds a GMDSS General Operator Certificate.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of previous offshore experience.
- AMSA CofC.
- Big ship experience with steam plant (boilers, turbines).
- FSO/FPSO experience.
- Oil/Gas tanker experience.
- Ideally at a stage in their career still in a practical role.
