Job Title: Team Supervisor at a Dog Daycare & training facility

Join our team at 4 Paws Pet Care in Corrimal, NSW, as a Dog Daycare Team Supervisor. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to oversee our dog daycare operations, lead our team of daycare attendants and trainers, and ensure the highest standard of care for our furry clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the team of daycare attendants and trainers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Create and maintain a daily schedule
- Administration tasks, including taking phone calls and making bookings
- Proficient in social media management
- Conduct training sessions and facilitate professional development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.
- Monitor the quality of care provided to dogs, ensuring they receive proper attention, exercise, and socialisation.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a secure and hygienic environment for both dogs and staff.
- Act as a point of contact for pet owners, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing updates on their dogs.
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team or with customers, using problem-solving skills to find appropriate solutions.
- Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring equipment, play areas, and dog crates are clean, functional, and well-maintained.
- Maintain accurate records of dog information, training sessions, attendance, incidents, and special requirements.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve daycare operations, implementing new techniques and services to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a dog daycare or similar pet care environment.
- Availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Fridays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast worker with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Quick learner, adaptable to new situations and procedures.
- Outgoing and bubbly personality, with excellent people skills.
- Hardworking and committed to providing the best care for our furry clients.
- Confident in handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
- Takes initiative and demonstrates leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

- Certification in dog training or related field.
- Possession of a driver's license.

Working Hours:
This position requires availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Fridays from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
