**Key responsibilities**:

- Prepare pricing for all sales proposals and RFQ responses
- Source rates and pricing for the preparation of sales quotations or RFQ submissions
- Review rate validity and update rates in a timely manner to ensure correct billing at time of shipment
- Correspond with and provide pricing related information to internal/external customer
- Actively follow up on outcome of quotes issued

**Competencies and Skills required**:

- Previous experience in the freight forwarding or supply chain industry
- Competent in customer pricing/quotation/billing
- Sound knowledge of air and ocean freight operations for import and/or export
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
