Are you a passionate and ambitious engineering student eager to gain real-world experience and accelerate your career? Look no further We are thrilled to announce our summer Vacation Program, designed to provide you with an immersive and impactful experience in the industry. Our full-time, 12-week paid internship will see you benefit from working with our industry experts on high-impact, purpose-led projects.
We are looking for students currently studying the following engineering degrees:
- Mechanical
- Chemical

**Program overview**
Our Summer Vacation Program is a dynamic and comprehensive opportunity for talented engineering university students to gain invaluable practical experience during their summer break. This immersive program will expose you to a range of exciting projects and challenges, providing you with hands-on experience that complements your academic knowledge.
These positions will be based in the Consulting business unit in the Melbourne office.
**Consulting business unit overview**
Our global specialist consultancy business encompasses 3,700+ professionals with industry-leading expertise in areas including decarbonisation, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, renewables advisory, asset optimisation, and digital solutions.
A multi-sector business unit, we are focused on providing technical consulting during the planning, design, building, operation and optimisation of assets, facilities, and infrastructure across a range of end markets including energy, industrial, power, mining, and life sciences.
**Key program features**
**Buddying and guidance**: You will be paired with a dedicated buddy who will provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback throughout the program. Our buddies are typically sourced from our year 2 graduate cohort eager to share their knowledge and help you excel.
**Networking opportunities**: You'll have numerous networking opportunities with professionals in the industry, allowing you to build valuable connections that may benefit your future career. We encourage an inclusive and supportive environment where you can engage with industry leaders and like-minded peers.

Skills / Qualifications:
**Selection criteria**
- Currently studying **a chemical or mechanical engineering degree** at an Australian university
- Strong academic performance and a passion for engineering and innovation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and take on challenges.
