**Alstom Graduate Program**

Alstom invests in, and develops, our graduates to grow their career, become leaders in innovation and design, and ensure that how our populations move, in the coming decades, reflects our global goals around individual lifestyle and environmental sustainability.

Our two-year Graduate Program is designed to provide graduates the skills and opportunities to kickstart their career. With a program consisting of Mentoring, Role/Project Rotations, External Training Opportunities, and a tailored internal Graduate Development Program, graduates with Alstom will have a solid base from which to commence the career they worked so hard towards.

- Systems Engineering
- Project Management
