The home of Mazda is experiencing consistent growth and to keep up with demand we are looking for an experienced Automotive Master Diagnostic Technician to join the team at Mount Gravatt Mazda.

Mount Gravatt Mazda is recently under new ownership as one of Australia's largest and most successful family owned and operated automotive groups.

The successful applicant will:

- Possess superior knowledge and experience in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical and electrical concerns, preferably, but not necessarily, on Mazda vehicles
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience completing reports and raising technical cases
- Liaise with Mazda Technical Support team to ensure all vehicles are repaired correctly
- Liaise with, and carrying out test drives with customers to analyse vehicle issues
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be driven, show initiative and determination
- Have a professional attitude
- Possess Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building long-term relationships with customers
- Have Immaculate personal presentation
- Be reliable and have a positive attitude
- Have a strong ability to work within a large dynamic team
- Hold a Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
- Be willing to participate in ongoing training and learning new skills
- Hold a current manual driver's license (Queensland)
