With an exciting future ahead of them with substantial growth plans, an opportunity has now become available for an experienced and motivated Chief Operations Officer (COO) to drive and lead the way forward.

**About the Opportunity**:
Working closely with the Managing Director, you’ll lead from the front at the ground level and drive the business forward to achieve its strategic objectives. On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for managing the operational affairs of the firm while providing strategic and operational support to the Managing Director. Developing and implementing the vision, goals, strategic plans and budget of the business, you’ll build workflows and drive efficiencies within the firm in order to increase revenue, cash flows and reduce costs and ensure financial budgets and targets are met and accountable. Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and work hands on, you’ll play a key role in overseeing employee engagement to build a culture of reward and recognition and you’ll set budgets and KPIs, and identify, develop and ensure delivery of strategic training resources for all levels of staff.

**About You**:
A natural leader who is passionate about people, growth, strategy and execution, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of excellence, you’ll have proven experience in a similar senior management role. A commercially minded corporate visionary, you may have commenced your career in a consulting or professional services environment and be confident to lead and develop teams to achieve business goals. An exceptional communicator, you can drive strategic growth while selling the vision to the broader business and taking the team along the journey with you. Your commercial acumen will compliment your strong systems and process knowledge and you’ll have a flair for technology that enables greater business efficiencies. Purpose driven, you have a willingness to embrace change and can identify business growth opportunities, translating strategic priorities into operational reality.
