**The Centre**

**Brand new Centre - opening 2024 **We are thrilled to welcome your family to our brand new, purpose-built Fairview Park childcare centre. At Guardian Fairview Park, the care and education of each child is our top priority. Located within the City of Tea Tree Gully, children aged six weeks to six years will be supported to be creative, bold and imaginative in their learning.

Our long day care in Fairview Park is also ideally located for families in the surrounding suburbs Surrey Downs, Yatala Vale, Redwood Park, Golden Grove, Wynn Vale, Modbury Heights and Greenwith.

**Your Role**:
As a Trainee, you will:

- Gain hands-on experience while studying, with full course fees covered and an hourly wage for all hours worked.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
- Assist in creating a safe and stimulating environment that supports the social, cultural, emotional, and educational needs of the children.
- Prepare play and learning materials, and collaborate with your team to enhance children’s learning through intentional teaching and spontaneous play.

**Requirements**:

- Genuine interest in a long-term career in Early Childhood Education.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Commitment to an 12-month traineeship program.
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC state).
- Willing to be full time
