Civil Foreman

**THE COMPANY**

With an increasing number of projects in metro Melbourne, this client has a high focus on Council capital works and you will have a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in a Foreman role.

**THE ROLE**

You will be looking after projects from start to completion. The role will include but not be limited to;
- Liaising with management whilst still managing your own team
- Some On tools work will be required while leading teams of 3-5 workers at once
- Diversity of projects (Drainage, Streetscapes, Traffic infrastructure, Concreting, Landscaping)
- OHS paperwork, inductions, timesheets

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- You must have Local council experience with ideally between 5-8 years Civil experience.
- You will have a stable career history with reputable Civil contractors
- You will be required to have strong Construction skills (Machine Operating, Concreting, Asphalting, K&C)
- You must have the ability to read council drawings essential
- You will be an excellent communicator (written and verbal)
