**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as an Allied Health assistant within the Allied Health Department.

The Allied Health Assistant (AHA2) provide assistance and support to the Allied Health team in the delivery of allied health services to patients/clients of the NALHN under the supervision of an allied health professional.

The Allied Health Assistant (AHA2) will be deployed to clinical service areas in response to short term vacancy, on a day to day basis relative to need. The position will be required to support a broad range of Allied Health Disciplines.

To be eligible for this position, you must possess or be undertaking a Certificate 3 in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent.

- National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (E.g. aged care employment or work involving vulnerable clients)

**Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances)**
