Our IDEAL HEAD BARISTA should:

- Be physically capable of working around 9 hours a day or more on your feet
- Sharp attention to detail
- A love of coffee and thirst for knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with the manager and the team members
- The ability to deal with immense pressure and work quickly whilst maintaining consistently high standards
- A high level of organisation
- Demonstrative ability to work well within a team
- Roasting experience would be an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35-40 per week

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woollahra, NSW 2025: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

- Australia (required)
