**The Role**:
Looking for super star Care Service Employees for one of our residential homes in Sydney metro to support our residents help live life to the full in our home-like environment. In this rewarding role you will work in a team environment where every day will be different. This is a permanent part time role and will be based in our homely 41 bed facility in Greystanes NSW.

**As a Case Service Employee, you will**:

- Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities
- Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing
- Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids
- Assist in meal times and social activities
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support
- Experience in similar role in aged care
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
- Should be able to work on a roster of am/pm and night shifts
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in personal care
- Provide evidence of COVID-19 and flu vaccinations
