Assistant Development Manager

- Due to ongoing project requirements, we have an Assistant Development Manager (ADM) role opening on the ‘One Sydney Harbour’ (OSH) project within our Residential Business Unit located at Barangaroo, Sydney.
Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Renzo Piano, this iconic project will redefine luxury residential living in Australia and will be benchmarked globally. Consisting of three significant towers of up to 72 storeys’ in height, located within the widely celebrated Barangaroo precinct on Sydney Harbour.
- This role will require the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively on tight deadlines to ensure the project vision is realised and project is delivered in a timely manner. Your previous experience as a high performing ADM with several years of residential experience will help you succeed in this role.
You will be required to work collaboratively with the various business units that form the broader project with an uncompromising approach to quality. You will require stakeholder management skills that influence customer focused and financial outcomes.
