**Position: Asbestos Assessor (Full-Time)**

BT Enviro is a trusted family-owned business based in Port Adelaide that is growing quickly. We specialise in the identification, assessment and management of hazardous materials, in particular asbestos. The role is predominantly field-based working on remediation projects within Adelaide with the occasional regional work.

Experience/qualifications as an Asbestos Assessor are an advantage but not required.

**What You Will Do**:

- Conduct airborne fibre monitoring and asbestos sampling in various environments.
- Undertake visual clearance inspections following asbestos remediation.
- Conduct laboratory sample analysis and results.
- Conduct surveys/inspections for the presence of asbestos/hazardous building materials.
- Prepare and review technical reports, building registers and management plans.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
- Must have a mobile phone with the ability to make and receive calls.
- Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Availability to work flexible hours including some weekends and out of hours work.
- Ability to undertake field work, sometimes at remote sites, with mínimal supervision.

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
