As such, we take great pride in delivering the highest possible standards of veterinary medicine and customer service. Our hospital is a brand new purpose-built 24-hour ECC and referral facility. We have all the gadgets you need to ensure you can practice at your best and continue to learn new skills.

We have a friendly and supportive team of ECC vets consisting of ECC specialists (DACVECC, FANZCVS), ECC Registrars (residency trained veterinary associates), ANZCVS Membership veterinarians, experienced emergency veterinarians and recent graduates. Our ECC nurses are among the best in the industry; they are passionate, hardworking and dedicated to high levels of patient care. We offer a supportive environment with an emphasis on teamwork and life-long learning to deliver high standards of customer and patient care.

We have 2 ECC Specialists (Dr Rachel Peacock DACVECC and Dr Leah Wright FANZCVS) and a dedicated ECC Clinical Mentor (MANZCVS and residency trained) ready to assist with your professional development goals.

We can offer you monthly group training sessions, one-on-one assistance as needed, wet pracs, review of past exam paper answers, practice oral examinations and fully funded enrolment in the Improve International ECC Membership Preparation Program or the University of Melbourne Post Graduate Certificate in Small Animal Emergency and Critical Care.
