**THE POSITION**
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and provide HR guidance and support.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and ensure compliance.

**THE PERSON**
- 8+ years HR experience, with 3+ years in management, specifically in hospitality/events.
- Proven international HR expertise, navigating diverse regulations and cultural considerations will be a desirable asset.
- Experience developing and executing HR strategies to elevate culinary services, ensuring exceptional food and beverage experiences at a large-scale sporting and event centre.
- In-depth knowledge of global and local regulations, ensuring compliance and safety in food and beverage operations.
