**Our client** is a leading frontline charity supporting vulnerable people facing homelessness and poverty in the Inner Western Sydney area, through a variety of programs and direct services and by advocating for disenfranchised, disempowered, impoverished people to be a voice for ’voiceless’ members of society.

**The Role**

The
**Project coordinator** is the glue that holds everything together (in addition to the wheels that keep things moving). Reporting directly to the Founder, this critical role will assist with the development and implementation of multiple programs and initiatives to ensure that all projects align with company objectives.
- Preparing and coordinating a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities and progress updates
- Managing the coordination of schedules and communication with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered in a timely manner
- Facilitate and participate in project-wide team meetings and assist with the preparation of project status reports and presentations
- Providing information and regular administrative support to stakeholders
- Responsible for the administrative duties of the project, which may include billing, bookkeeping tasks, contracts and reports

The role is full-time from 8.30 - 5pm and is based in their offices which are close to Ashfield train station.

- Have the ability to communicate with various levels of leadership
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and agility and able to handle any situation that arises
- Solid organisational and administrative skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Be a strong team player in a challenging and fast-paced environment
