**About the Job**
- Shift timing 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Monday to Wednesday initially, and then potentially shifting to Monday-Friday
- $29.04/hr + Super
- Casual on going with a view to permanency

**Our Client**

Our client is an Australian family-owned business making and supplying delectable and high-quality chocolate products to their local customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
To complete products for both retail and wholesale customers, including but not limited to chocolate and patisserie menu items.
- Production and packing of standard menu items; including but not limited to chocolate and patisserie products
- Detailed cleaning of equipment and tools, as per standards required to maintain the condition of equipment.
- Food Safety Compliance
- Kitchen stock rotation
- O H & S for kitchen
- Cleanliness of kitchen and storage areas
- On job training provided in order to operate machinery and build experience

**About You**:

- Food processing, food handling or food manufacturing experience is required.
- Practical problem solving skills.
- Ability to work productively unsupervised or with little supervision.
- Good personal presentation and hygiene.
- Computer skills beneficial.
- Personable manner.
