The Role

Our Morwell site is located about 150km east of Melbourne, manufacturing a large range of products in yoghurt and dairy desserts including brands such as Farmers Union, Dairy Farmers and Yoplait.

Operating 24 hours a day, six days a week across 10 lines the site is highly automated and is the largest yoghurt facility in Australia.

Play a pivotal role in supporting the Morwell site in developing a lean manufacturing culture through coaching at various levels on site. Provide guidance through Lean processes and facilitate the implementation of the Bega Excellence operating system.

This site has a mature C.I culture and seeks an experienced person to sustain and take them to the next level.

**Responsibilities**:
- Support the growth of site capability through training and coaching of BEX process and tools- Develop tools and templates and keep up to date with best practice to assist in the successful implementation of BEX on site.- Facilitate and coach BEX process at various levels.- Work actively along with CI Leader to create Zero Loss Mindset in plant- Identify development opportunities through monitoring and auditing processes.- Lead & participate in improvement projects across various functions.

About you- Qualified Lean Six Sigma yellow or greenbelt- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to coach and train others- Experience using various Lean & Six sigma tools like structured problem-solving techniques, root cause analysis,- Be able to facilitate change and create buy in- Be comfortable with using MS office suite, and Minitab / Power BI an advantage
