**About the role at Macquarie Bank**

In this new role, you will be supporting a range of Technology Asset Management activities forming part of the Developer Experience Strategy as well as a range of BAU activities across the Tech Engineering Division. In practical terms, you will focus on Technology Asset Inventory & Management activities for all delivery-based software assets within the organisation.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
