Our client is on the hunt for a Project Lead to join their team on a full-time basis. This individual will be responsible for managing a crew of 20+ trades.

**Who will you be working with?**
Our client is an Australian owned and operated servicing the industrial sector. They offer a full suite of in house capabilities to support manufacturers with machine automation products, systems and solutions. Really striving on providing successful solutions to customers, whether it be small workshop engineering requirements or complete factory automation upgrades.

**What will you be doing?**
- Ensure that all mechanical work is completed safely, to a high quality standard and within the required time frame
- Ensure that all mechanical subcontractors are adhering to all safety regulations and procedures
- Monitor and report on the progress of the mechanical work, and identify and resolve any issues that arise
- Communicate with the Project Manager and other site supervisors to ensure that the mechanical work is coordinated with the work of other trades
- Ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are on site and ready for use
- Ensure that all necessary permits and inspections are in place
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the mechanical work, including daily reports, timesheets, and material and equipment lists

**What do you need?**
- Project planning and execution experience
- Trade qualified in a mechanical based trade (Fabricator, boiler maker, fitter etc)
- Working at Heights and High Risk works tickets and experience
- Client Management skills
- Experience in interpreting commercial contracts
- OH&S training
