**We’re looking for an enthusiastic broadcaster to be our new Breakfast Producer/Announcer, working with Sam & Ash on 91.1 Hot FM**

You’ll need to be passionate about creating content, able to work as part of a team and willing to do what it takes to ensure every voice break is as prepped and prepared as it can possibly be

Not only will you be working with the breakfast show, you’ll also be responsible for voice tracking regular on-air shifts and providing on-air cover for shifts on the radio station.

**About the role**
- Support the production of the breakfast show to ensure it advance its position in the marketplace.
- Do what it takes to ensure that every time the breakfast show open the mics, they’ve got everything they need to execute their content.
- Ensure the day to day running of the breakfast show inclusive of all elements.
- Help develop and execute content ideas for the breakfast show.
- Undertake editing of video, audio, calls etc. as necessary.
- Manage and drive the breakfast shows digital and social media content ensuring content is updated frequently and is of interest to the target audience.
- Conduct live and pre-recorded on-air shifts as rostered. This may include a regular weekend shift and sporadic outside broadcasts.
- Perform outside station premises where required in the capacity of announcer or ‘master of ceremonies’ at station promotions and other events

**About you**:

- Previous experience in an announcing or producing capacity.
- Energy and enthusiasm to help you wake up at the new early hours you’ll be working.
- Creativity to generate ideas to contribute to the team.
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Advanced knowledge of digital media products including social media, content marketing and digital audience engagement.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage with target audiences.
- Experience with Adobe audio editing and RCS Zetta (or a willingness to learn quickly)
- Flexibility to record shows as necessary.
