We are seeking a Butcher with 1-2 years experience.

Hours 4:00am - 2:00 pm.

Mon-Friday occasional Saturdays.

**Responsibilities**:

- General Butchering duties
- Cutting
- Preparing meat cuts
- Working with pork and beef

**Requirement**:

- Butchering experience
- Knife skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to follow hygiene protocols
- Reliability
