**Assistant in Nursing (Byron Bay)**

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care services. If you are a caring and empathetic individual with a passion for making a positive impact in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Support clients in maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
- Observe and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar caregiving role is preferred.
- Compassionate and patient with a strong sense of empathy.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
