**The Role**

As a full-time Legal Adviser at our office located at 4A Ware Street, Fairfield, NSW 2165, Sydney, Australia, you will have the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on our diverse clientele, predominantly from Arab backgrounds.

This is an excellent career opportunity for a self-motivated individual who is eager to excel and grow within the field of Migration Law.

**Your responsibilities**

2. Appear at Tribunals and attend client interviews.

3. Draft Labour Agreements.

4. Draft Contracts.

5. Liaise with other Migration Offices and review contracts.

6. Prepare legal documentation.

9. Handle next steps in cases of visa refusals and RFIs.

10. Provide accurate, relevant advice and assistance to clients regarding visa options and eligibility.

11. Create and maintain client relationships.

13. Provide feedback to the Principal.

**Requirements and Skills**

1. Over 3 years of experience in migration with in-depth knowledge of Australian Immigration Law and Policy.

3. Admission as a Solicitor.

4. Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

5. Qualifications in management are desirable.

6. High level of attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting deadlines.

7. Proficiency with LegendCom.

8. Excellent legal submission writing skills.

9. Strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.

10. Proficiency with Migration Manager.

11. Knowledge of Lexis Advance and Affinity.

12. Proficiency with Xero.

14. Proficiency with Outlook.

**Languages**:
Due to the diversity of our clients, proficiency in the following languages is required:
1. Arabic (read and write)

English, Urdu, Hindi, and Semi Punjabi (must speak, read, and write)

Pay: $74,591.17 - $85,148.77 per year
