**About the role**

We currently have an opportunity for a Pre-Accredited Trainer to deliver our English 101 Program to a diverse range of participants. The program focuses on developing and maintaining language and literacy skills in a supported class environment.

The program runs termly, 9.30am-2.30pm on Thursdays, at our head office in Lilydale.

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Have recent industry-relevant experience in the community services or disability sector, including a sound understanding of disability, diverse needs, trauma and accessibility
- Have teaching experience in the adult or youth education sector, preferred however not essential
- Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a Teaching qualification, preferred however not essential
- Enjoy working with students in a small class size environment, using best practice approaches and resources to maximise learning
- Demonstrate the ability to engage with a diverse student group and build rapport quickly
- Currently hold, or be willing to undertake, certifications including a Working with Children Check, Australian Right to Work Check, and National Police Check
