**About the role**

As our Partnership Coordinator, you will assist our Partnership Specialist - Disability Gateway in establishing a referral panel, framework and mutual referral pathways. You will also assist in engaging key consumer stakeholders and consumer groups within the service.

**Duties**
- Provide coordination activities in managing stakeholder and consumer advisory group relationships in collaboration with the Partnership Specialist - Disability Gateway
- Create, distribute and maintain content and information packs regarding the service to inform consumers, referral agencies and stakeholder panels
- Conduct information sessions in collaboration with the Partnership Specialist - Disability Gateway and promote the service
- Respond to enquiries from organisations, government bodies and disability service providers through the Disability Gateway Partnerships inbox

**Skills and Experience**
- Certificate, degree or equivalent experience in Disability or Community Services Sector
- Certificate, degree or equivalent experience in business development, marketing or community engagement. This role would suit a proactive person that is happy to reach out to stakeholders and groups to introduce the service
- Good understanding of the disability sector with the ability to “think on your feet”
- Empathic, collaborative and engaging by nature. We do a lot of presentations to different audiences so it is adapting them to make it meaningful to different groups
- Curious and willing to ask questions. We speak to many different groups and part of that role is unpacking needs, gaps and barries to be able to work through them with our partners
