OPPORTUNITY

You will be responsible for managing files and advising clients on:

- Divorce
- Married and de-facto financial settlements
- Child and parenting issues (including overseas parenting issues)
- Pre and post marriage and relationship agreements
- Child support

ABOUT YOU

This role is ideally suited to someone who has:

- You will have proven experience in family law within private practice.
- 3+ years post qualification experience in family law, and in particular strong capabilities in property and children's matters.
- Proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong file management and financial management skills.

You will naturally treat our clients as individuals with unique needs, and will be adept at building and developing your client base as well as working with our existing clients and referral network.
