**YOUR ROLE**

You'll provide efficient and effective management and coordination for the Executive General Manager and the Strategic Enablement Leadership Team.

You'll be well organised, flexible, thorough and self-motivating, have the ability to work with mínimal supervision, exhibit expert levels of written and verbal communication skills including the ability to draft Board papers and report content and demonstrate attention to detail. The ability to build strong relationships within the immediate team and across the broader IAG business is critical.

This is a **9-month secondment **hybrid working** **opportunity based in **Sydney**.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Proven experience working with senior executive teams and divisional stakeholders
- A good understanding of Insurance is preferred
- Experience preparing board and executive content
- You'll be highly organised with high attention to detail and forward planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong computer literacy (essential)
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross functional team
- Organised and professional with an ability to perform several tasks simultaneously
