SMAART Recruitment is proud to continue our partnership with one of the world’s leading Contractor Management Software companies. Due to expansion in the APAC region they are now looking for a
**Health Safety Specialist** to join their Review and Verification team in
**Sydney CBD**.

With large clients in industries such as mining, construction and manufacturing, their software and services play an essential part in HSEQ. As a Specialist Consultant you will play a pivotal role in supporting new and existing clients as well as internal teams. You will be the first point of contact for questions around HSEQ-legislation, regulations or standards for a variety of industries.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities include**:

- Review HSEQ documentation and processes and communicate requirements and improvements
- Research and develop health and safety review protocols
- Conduct meetings and training via phone, web-based and face-to-face
- Participate in the implementation of new projects
- Handle client account management functions
- Analyse customer processes and bring forth ideas for continuous improvement

**To be considered for this position**:

- Bachelor's degree in OH&S, Health and Safety, or similar, or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills, and initiative to work independently
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills as you will be presenting in front of clients
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast paced environment
