Brand new role within Centralised Ordering team for a dynamic and detail-oriented Database Manager to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to work with the Stock Support team member in each pharmacy and the greater Centralised Ordering team to monitor and optimise database performance through the maintenance of accurate stock levels and ensuring data integrity.

**Other key responsibilities include;**
- Work with Stock Support team member in each pharmacy to identify and resolve stock on had inaccuracies.
- Use Minfos reporting to identify any issues with data integrity.
- Work together with greater Centralised Ordering team to identify and resolve issues with data integrity
- Key focus areas include
- Negative Stock on Hand
- Negative Gross Profit on Sales
- Stock Variance Investigation and resolution
- Reporting on Dispensary Stock

**Skills and Experience**
- Extremely clear and high level communication skills
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedure and adhere to required processes
- Previous pharmacy experience working with Minfos POS would be an advantage
