**The Opportunity**

You will play a pivotal role in the team’s success through development and execution of local area marketing programmes and initiatives that drive demand, conversion and retention across G8 Education’s 430+ childcare and early learning centres and 21 individual customer-facing brands across Australia. You will also support the team with the opening of G8’s Greenfield services (new centres) to ensure a smooth, and successful opening in their local community. The **Field Marketing Lead** will work closely with the Campaign Marketing Manager and Campaigns Team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across key strategic projects to deliver against commercial targets for new customer lead acquisition, family engagement and retention initiatives to provide a sector leading family experience and achieve occupancy targets.

**Your day-to-day**
- Maintain & optimise G8’s Local Area Marketing -initiatives across 430+ childcare and early learning centres, and operational teams.
- Manage and optimise G8’s Greenfield (new centre) portfolio. Supporting these centres preopen, ensuring a successful and smooth opening in their local communities.
- Manage G8’s centre open day events.
- Partner with marketing, operations, education, procurement and external partners to develop and execute multi-channel projects that support corporate objectives and drive demand/retention goals.
- Seek and identify opportunities for the Customer and Marketing function to grow our centres through optimising our owned social and web channels to drive demand, conversion and retention via a best-in-class family experience.
- Develop and execute programmes within our childcare and early learning centres, tailored to our core target audiences, creating new opportunities and accelerating existing opportunities.
- Report on KPIs - track, measure and provide progress reports. Utilising key data and reports to uncover trends to aid decision making.
- Ensure field marketing adheres to brand marketing standards and guidelines and is aligned to corporate and marketing strategy.

**About You**
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role managing end-to-end campaigns.
- Experience within a large-scale organisation managing multiple brands is beneficial
- Digital experience with good understanding of various web platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, Google, Social Platforms) and analytics
- Adaptable and agile to work in a fast-paced evolving environment
- A strong communicator who can build relationships across business functions and remain calm under pressure
- Must have strong operational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Good analytical skills to analyse metrics and create reports for marketing campaigns and projects
- A high level of creativity and ability to engage in creative process with a large team
- Flexibility to undertake domestic travel is required
