**Our program**:

- Two-year program designed to develop future finance leaders in NSLHD and across NSW Health
- Combines practical work experience with fully-funded Certified Practicing Accounting (CPA) study
- Graduates work with and learn from senior NSLHD executives, including the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Finance throughout the program

**Who are we looking for?**
- Passionate individuals wanting a rewarding career in senior health finance leadership
- A recent graduate who has completed any undergraduate or postgraduate degree in accounting, finance or commerce within the past five years
- Must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident

- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
- Hold an undergraduate or post-graduate accredited degree in accounting, finance or commerce from a recognised University within the past five (5) years. (Your degree must allow direct entry into the CPA Program which can be assessed through CPA Australia)
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation for a career in public health finance management
- Demonstrate an ability to show initiative and to gather and critically analyse complex information to identify solutions to problems.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with others and build positive relationships with individuals and teams.
