Vce English Tutor

Based in Camberwell, Quantum Education is a fast growing education centre dedicated to maths and English tutoring of all year levels from Primary to VCE.

We are seeking experienced tutors who enjoy working with motivated students at various levels. Subjects include English, EAL, English Language etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach small groups of 4-8 people for two-hour sessions, in addition to some one-on-one tutoring
- Design curricular content and activities
- Record student progress and conduct assessments
- Liaise with program coordinator to develop tailored programs
- Interact positively with students to promote a fun, friendly learning environment

**You will need/are**:

- Passion for English and excellent communication skills
- A tertiary language qualification or current university student
- Reliability, professional personal presentation and the ability to lead classes and work unsupervised
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Prior teaching experience is preferred

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 4 per week
