Workshop Controller

We are currently looking for an experienced **Workshop Controller** or **Senior** **Diagnostic Technician** willing to join our service department at Nunawading Auto Pty Ltd. This is opportunity for a talented individual to progress their career in the Automotive industry, within a large organisation. - **The responsibilities of this role will include**:_
- Maximising workshop efficiency
- Ensuring successful distribution of tasks to all technicians
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of jobs
- Maintaining effective channels of communication with workshop and service frontline staff
- Management of workshop equipment
- Creating purchase orders with all relevant suppliers
- Coaching and mentoring team
- Well-developed communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet commitments in a timely manner
- Good time management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Strong time management skills
- A current driver licence

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
